Good Friday

A few artists got together for the Good Friday Service at Riverwood Church Community to do live painting during the service. The goal was to to create visually interesting pieces that each featured something about the character of Jesus. At the end of the service the pieces were destroyed with piercing, tearing and with a whip to symbolize the devastation that Jesus suffered. This was a wonderful experience to be a part of. We each created a piece of art for each of the three services. It was humbling to paint for something that means so much more than any public painting I've ever done.
